Remember, butterflies are symmetrical.
Symmetrical means when something is the same on either side. So the wings need to be the same on each side.
Design and Technology - Fruit Kebabs
In Design and Technology this half term, Year 1 have been learning about the importance of healthy food choices. We have also designed our own fruit kebabs, and this week we have had the opportunity to make them. The children discussed the importance of washing their hands and ensuring the fruit was clean. The children then peeled bananas and tangerines. The children also used the bridge hold to slice apples and bananas. The children were very sensible and assembled amazing kebabs. Well done Year 1! 🍌🍓🍎
