Science
The children were nautical engineers and tested materials to see whether they would float or sink. They loved making predictions and testing their ideas.
World Book Day activities: class paper chain of our favourite books, live interactive session from Nadia Shireen (author of Moods), book hunt and making moving pictures to match our costumes/favourite book (applying our DT skills). What a fantastic day!
