As the Year 1 Phonics Screening test is just round the corner, the children have been practising finding the split digraph a–e in real and nonsense words using pipe cleaners.

World Book Day activities: class paper chain of our favourite books, live interactive session from Nadia Shireen (author of Moods), book hunt and making moving pictures to match our costumes/favourite book (applying our DT skills). What a fantastic day!
