This week in English, we will be learning and writing facts about mini beasts. Watch this video about mini beasts and then try the activity below.

Let's make a list 

How many different mini beasts did you see in the video? 

 

Write some short sentences saying which mini beasts you saw. Write as many as you can like this: 

• I saw a snail. 

• I saw a spider. 

Once you've listed as many as you can, try using the word 'and' to join sentences them together. Can you think of adjectives to describe the mini beasts? For example: 

• I saw a slimy snail and a scary spider.
