Roll two dice and make a number. If I rolled a 4 and a 2, I could make 42 or 24.  

  

Then write one less and one more than the number you made. 

 

You could use or make number cards if you do not have dice.  

 

 

 

You could write you answers in a table like the one above. You might have to ask your grown up to draw the table for you.
