DT - Healthy Eating

 

In DT this half term, we have been exploring healthy eating and how to live a healthy lifestyle. We planned a picnic by creating our own meal plates and discussed the different food groups including diary, fruits, vegetables, grains and meat. 

Today, we practiced our cutting skills using the bridge and claw method with selected fruits and vegetables. 

The children were cutting experts! We tried the delicious foods after and the pepper was the most popular.
