Geography - continents

 The children have loved learning about the different continents and oceans in our Polar Explorers topic this half term. 


The children built there own map of the continents and rehearsed the song.

This term the children are creating a playground structure to include in the school playground. We have been researching different playground equipment. We have thought about how to make it safe and assessable to everybody. The children were investigating ways to join materials together. We used pipe cleaners and straws to make 3D shapes and thought about how this technique could be used when making our final pieces.
