Design and Technology - Making our Gingerbread Houses
In Year One this week, the children have continued their
progression of skills by applying the cutting, folding and joining skills which we had practised in previous lessons.
The children listened to instructions carefully. They cut out their Gingerbread House net, folded the appropriate lines and ensured their house could stand up.
After this the children looked back in their Curriculum book to see their design from our first DT lesson.
The children then looked closely at their design and began to decorate their Gingerbread House net.
