Culture Week - Chapati making

 This week the children have had the experience to make chapatis with Mrs Sati. 

The children mixed, kneaded and rolled the dough before watching them cook. 

The children then ate their delicious chapatis whilst listening to some traditional Indian music.

We have thought about how to make it safe and assessable to everybody. The children were investigating ways to join materials together. We used pipe cleaners and straws to make 3D shapes and thought about how this technique could be used when making our final pieces.
